Why does the monitor flicker?
Please unplug all cables--reboot your Mac--connect the Mac to the dock's HOST1&HOST2 port--connect the included power supply to the dock's PD port--attach the monitor and other devices to the dock--short press of the power button to turn on.
Why this docking station get hot?

Why the monitor can't wake up after the mac sleeps?
1> Please unplug and replug.
