Can I get 165Hz or higher refresh rate?
If you're only seeing 60Hz. check two things:(1) Use the included DisplayPort 1.4 cable—HDMI may limit bandwidth. and (2) Open your GPU control panel (NVIDIA/AMD) and verify the refresh rate isn't capped there.
No picture when using USB-C?
Make sure your laptop's USB-C port supports DP Alt Mode for video. Many USB-C ports are data/charge only and won't output video. Check your laptop specs or try a USB-C-to-DisplayPort adapter.
Text looks blurry or fuzzy?
In Windows Settings → Display → Scale. select 150% or 175%. Avoid odd percentages like 125% or 150% on 1440p panels—they can cause subpixel rendering issues. Log out and back in after changing.
